IIRC, our ECU doesn't pass boost/vac to the OBD bus, it has a very rough Manifold pressure sensor that is really there to detect massive leaks, not for accurate vacuum/boost readings.
Not all of the traces and gauges in the Dash Command screens are supported on all cars. 'swhy you have to make a custom layout if you don't want to see them, which I don't think is supposed on the iOS or Android versions. I have it for PC and I know I can import layouts.. |
So if you have it for PC..do you have a laptop under your seat or something? Or are you saying you can use the Ipad for that?

I have a Camp II left over from when I parted out my car. Here's the link to the car. http://www.the370z.com/forced-induct...tq-11-psi.html
Message me if you're interested. |
i bought the Aeroforce interceptor with oil pressure and wideband o2 analog inputs(it accepts 2 analog inputs) and the gauge is OBD2. I'll run a separate defi red racer for boost. once i get it all installed i'll post pics and a review, but I went with this for the least amount of clutter and keep the stock look as much as possible. Just need to order a gauge cup for the interceptor

I have opted for the Visio tablet paired by the Bluetooth obd sender. Using this and the dashcommand app I can read everything except oil pressure. Although I think I want my boost gauge to be standalone also so I am looking at ways to mount these 2 pods.
I was thinking about mounting them in-between and behind the 3 gauge cluster, in-between the current gauges. Not sure how the wiring will go through the dash as of yet though. Anyone done this yet? |
