Vortech is looking.

I have been talking to Vortech for the last week or so. They want to make a supercharger for the Z. I offered to ship them my car but they would rather someone there in SoCal (they are in Oxnard) drop a car off for a week or so to make sure they CAN make a kit that will fit and everything. If anyone is interested shoot me a pm and I will give you the contact info.

Hey Solus,

Just left a message and sent an email  Anyone in particular I should be talking too?? PM me the info  Good thing is I have another vehicle to drive, so I could let them keep it as long as they like, to a point

When you talk to them next can you ask if they would like an 09 G37 side by side so hopefully they can do a kit with 95% similar parts? I would let them use mine.

i think they are too backed up to make a kit for our cars right now, but are thinking about it for the future

all the companies seem to be super busy in prep for sema

Looks like manufacturers are having difficulty with the limited space in the engine bay of the 370Z compared to the 350Z. I was hoping a new kit would be as simple as a change in piping, but it's obviously much more than that.

Hey guys, I drop my car off at Vortech on Sept 14th for the first round of fitment and testing. I will keep you posted with developments as they come.

What are you getting in return? I hope better than 20% off or something like that.

This has a lot to do with how long they will need the car for development, testing, tuning, etc. There are a lot of little details that need to be worked out, for now we've agreed to work together on the project. I'm not too worried about it, they are a reputable company, and hopefully this will benefit not only me, but the 370z community as a whole.

I've posted up another thread here, this will be where I will post updates, etc. for now on. don't forget to vote on the poll.
