Brother! Thanks for the comment man! Ah you know about their low reading dyno too? lol, I might just take it to another dyno that reads normal and call it a day.

Question, did the car stop making power after 7000 rpm or did the tuner opt not to push it further?

Little update.

After hard runs with none synesthetic oil I decided its time for the ultimate oil which have been sitting around for a week now.

Motul 300V 15W50, This oil is freaking amazing.

The old rebrand filter from password:jdm is going to feel lonely in the store all alone. Decided to go for Green Filter USA

The engine is smoother now, this oil is not the best for the buck but it really worth every penny IMO.

That's all I got for now. stay tuned for more

Update on this dream build please! It's been awhile since the last post here so I'm hoping for some pictures and videos. We're you able to resist cranking up the boost setting?

All credits goes to Kyle@IPP for an awesome shortblock and very high accuracy rotating balance. accurate rotating balance is the key of smoothness.

Z1 urethane mounts are quiet as stock, I wish i went with solid mounts. even picky people (like me) will not notice any noise increase from these mounts.

For those who is wondering how these SPAL fans sound, I recorded a video for you guys. put your headset volum to max and yesss they sound that loud a friend of mine thought I installed jet engine

Break in period time
Were you saying that they are much louder than stock?

Well, not THAT loud like open exhaust noisy sound.

It sound the same as 63 AMG cars, a tad louder.
Are you thinking of upgrading your fans?

Yes and no. Yes because I have to believe there are better fans than stock and with an intercooler now I am concerned with airflow... No because I have no evidence the cost and effort is really worth it. Especially if I can't hear the blow off valves over the fans. >.>

How did you come to that 14" design over larger blades or curved?

If you look at the picture of the dyno the test stop was set at 7000 so even if they took it to redline the machine wasn't measuring it

You can still hear the bov that's for sure.
Its larger straight blades, the stock are curved,

I posted a picture of both fans side by side if you can go few pages back

And yes these fans help a lot, Mr.Squeeze got the same radiator and faced heat issues with his turbo. I didn't face any heat even under traffic lights and whats so ever, I even leave the car on while I go buy my self some Starbucks drink.. (knock on wood)

Mr.Squeeze got Mishimoto radiator now and got ride of heat issue so far.

Sorry I must missed your comment boss

The car is running perfectly fine (knock on wood) its on 15 PSI now for daily use and 23 PSI for hardcore and believe it or not, I never had to use the 23 PSI (if you know what I mean)

There is one thing I don't like about the car is the exhaust tone, I had HKS Hi-power before and got this GTM exhaust for free flow jada jada.

To be honest I prefer the tone of HKS over the power of 3" exhaust
Im shopping for a new exhaust but kind of busy with family and work.

One question since we're back on track, does it really matter if I install the HKS exhaust back (going to buy new one ofcourse)? mind you that the exhaust pipe of HKS is 2.36, will it really restrict?

whats the pressure on your greedy coolant cap? factory is 127kpa, nismo is 130kpa, all the greedy caps i have seen are 127 which is no improvement from stock. and oh yeah 2.36 is a big difference from 3 on a turbo.

2.36 will definitely cause some restrictions especially at the PSI you are running.
