Just curious, Its the same sensor that are used for engine oil temperature right?

Thanks for the info Mike. I do have a small Setrab cooler running up front already, but no gauge solution installed yet. Now I just need to find a good stretch of downtime between events to open up my tranny and ship off the VB for upgrade :)
One more thing: you mention TCM reprogramming in some of your 7AT materials. I already have UpRev Tuner which can adjust the torque table. Is there something more on the TCM itself done with your TCM programming, and/or is whatever your TCM programming does compatible w/ the UpRev ECU flashing process on the same car? |

As for the TCM Reprogramming, it is done through UpRev. With the valve body upgrade, the calibration is different than the typical calibration for raising line pressure. |
Ok. Can I just give you my current edited ROM and have it updated by you guys, or is it some separate tool, etc?

I recently sold my 2012 370Z and bought a 2013 G37 IPL. Both 7AT. The shifting is dramatically slower on the G37. Is this normal? Can anyone recommend a shop in the San Francisco area to installing the GTM kit?

Question on the VB install/
when you put in the uprev for the tranney. What about the tune for the engine ? i have the fully built stage 4 tanney and it shifts way faster but the engine bogs when it changes best time with stock tranney 12.329.. best with GTM tranny 12.500. you have to put a tune in the engine. Z |
Is GTM (gt motorsports) now known as gamma motorsports?

What was the deal with GTM? No action in their forum since early 2011 but they are still listed as a sponsoring vendor. The link earlier in this thread brings up Gamma Motorsports but the page with the pdf can't be found. The GTM account in this thread says not an active vendor, do not buy.
Does that mean only Level10 is a source for upgraded valve bodies for the 7AT? |
GTM is dead. Gamma bought them out, but they didn't keep anyone who knew the mechanical side of things. Go with Level10.

Roger and thanks
