Good things come to be perfectly:tup:

Sometimes it takes a little more time....
We always need a little more time in order to complete this really what we want ..

I look forward to that which is perfect...:tup::tup:

Best regards from Switzerland (and as I said, if I did not already FI, I would go with you)

I would rather have them take another month to get us the final pic's and numbers if it means the system is flawless. Good things come to those that wait...So I've been told.

I reach for my wallet every time I see these pics!

SPOHN 02-05-2013 02:49 PM

FI what can you say about your product being you have tubular manifolds? I've seen others where there more prone to cracking over typical turbo manifold which is different in everyway. Material, length, and gauge of the walls. But others are obvious not The quality your company.

These are cast manifolds, they're just made out of stainless steel rather than iron.

They're not tubular in the sense that they are made out of tubes welded together.

It was always the welds that cracked anyway, I'm fairly certain.

Dzel 02-05-2013 03:57 PM

Diddo

SPOHN 02-05-2013 04:11 PM

Gottcha. I'm so on the fence of getting this. But personally if I go FI I won't track no more until I can build the motor. That way I can be more confident knowing my motor will hold up better. Course I would only run low boost.

bullitt5897 02-05-2013 04:26 PM

I was browsing around last night and I noticed that these manifolds look eerily similar to the greddy cast manifolds... Is there any difference between these and the greddy ones (in design)?

Mike

bullitt5897 02-05-2013 04:28 PM

I realize that these have vbands and look nicer but was just curious as to what design testing was done ;) tony could you guys get a little more technical on why you chose this design style?

I am pretty sure you hit the nail right on the head here however I am sure Tony will chime in further.

Not trying to speak for Tony but just looking at the design of these manifolds they will have superior flow to the T25 manifolds that we have on our kits .

There a work of art

Sh0velMan 02-05-2013 06:05 PM

If you look at the runner design details, particularly diameter and length, they really aren't that similar to the greddy manifolds. Without being equal length or some other radically different design, they are destined to resemble every other manifold because they're all doing the same job.

It's like saying one tire looks like another because they're both round and made of (mostly) rubber... "Well, yes...." I would say in response.

Amuse370z 02-05-2013 06:51 PM

Wow, looks incredible, I've never cared about a TT kit but, this might just be the one.

Known for the great quality for the exhaust, I have no doubts about the quality of this product.

Estimated price?

Being a total noob at this topic, how does this affect warranty? Can I still take it to Nissan to service? Will the car break down sooner from wear and tear?

The price will be in line with the competition on the market already. As for warranty... you should read up on this http://www.epicbbs.com/wp-content/uploads/magmoss.pdf This kit will cause very MINIMAL/if any at all premature wear if driven responsibly and it is tuned by a professional. There is no reason to think you could not get 100k+ miles out of the motor still, of course the extra power will put more pressure on the clutch however if driven properly it could last a very long time as well. Hope this helps if you have any other questions you should give Tony a call! He is in fact the expert. :)

We will do low boost with 91 octane and turn the boost up with VP 100 octane.

Stay tuned, the next month is going to be fun...

Thanks, Tony

Hey Tony will you be making 3" test pipes also?

The1michael 02-06-2013 09:37 AM

This guy....... do you see me strolling around with CF everything like interior trim, engine bay, mirror covers, shift knob, blah blah blah, I cant stand "too much" carbon fiber, all I've got is the lip kit.

No I would obviously still buy it if it doesn't come in CF, thanks

Already have Tony's beautiful exhaust system in NON CF lol get outta here

Anxiously awaiting the results Tony!

The 3" Down Pipe is also considered the Test Pipe. The Down Pipe will run from the exhaust housing of the Turbo to the start of the exhaust system.

Thanks, Tony

Hey. Don't you make fun of my future cf upgrade.

F.I. Inc. 02-07-2013 12:08 AM

UPDATE,

The car is complete and at the dyno. Things ran over as they tend to always do, especially when it is a prototype. We are also very particular and want to make sure everything is perfect.

I should have numbers at some point tomorrow afternoon. I will do my best to possibly post the dyno charts but if i don't please bare with me. We are trying real hard to make this track day Saturday. We have a ton to do between now and then. It is important to make it out there to showcase what the car can do!

Thank you, Tony

Does the test car have a built motor? Definitely interested to see track performance with a TT kit on a stock motor.

Good Vibe 02-07-2013 10:57 AM

I'm sure you already have enough people, but just throwing it out there if you need more cars for testing let me know. I have a black 7 speed auto. Soon to be repainted with designs on sides and matching interior. Planning on getting the gen 3 stillen and FI exhaust as well. :hello:
