Question regarding Stillen SC

Lately once the car reaches operating tempurature and lay into the throttle for a sustained pull the SC will make a whistling sound, it sounds like the SC fluid is boiling and the escaping air is making this noise. Has anyone had this happen to them? Or any ideas on how to fix it? Fluid level is good, the tolerance for the new impeller was spot on when I installed it and I can't think of any other items that could have an affect on this.

I have the upgraded 928 motorsports impeller and 9psi pulley if this makes a difference.

Are you hitting 9 PSI? Sounds like a leak?, If the fluid was boiling over and coming out you'd see it all over the place like I did, I had it on my windsheild and all over the engine bay.

Exactly like that, only when hot and goes away when cooled off from the engine being off. Usually once it starts it wont go away even with 15-20 minutes on the highway cruising.

I don't have a boost gauge so I couldn't tell you for sure, though this happens no matter what the RPM as long as I'm hitting boost, or even on hot days just sitting at idle.

I do get a small amount of fluid coming out of the breather screw on the passenger side of the blower unit its self but not to that extreme.

Is it full? It should not be coming out unless its over heating? If the fluid is low or old it may cause issues.

An get a boost guage, LOL
