There's no way I can afford FI right now, but this is a sick kit, and I love the stock look. Nice work!

Interested in the VB upgrade but I'm lactose intolerant.

I know maybe a dumb question , But whats the biggest difference in doing the upgraded VB, and just having the TQ tables changed VIA UPREV? Thanx and sorry if it's a NUMB question LOL

The vb will let the tranney shift faster and harder and hold more rwhp with less damage to the tranney.

Will/Does this have any impact on those that had FI'd 7AT's that were losing their 5-7 gears, or was that a separate, unrelated problem?

What do you mean losing the 5-7 gears?

Actually, this is an excellent question because there is a huge difference between our approach and the software torque table approach. When you modify the torque tables, you are increasing the line pressure across the board even though it is beneficial, but does not address a specific area of the transmission. Our approach is a little different as we are making specific mechanical improvements to each circuit so this way, we can have faster shifts and even a higher line pressure to accommodate higher horsepower.

We are in the process of testing the 18G's on a 370Z with a 6MT. Once we do that, we will have a full press release and all the pricing. But let me answer your question in a simple way: if it is truly something you want to do, you won't have any excuses left not to. ;) That's how confident I am that you are going to like our offering.

Sam is there a estimated time table on a release of the 7AT kit? Or is it just best to call and talk to you directly about this?
