My current boost pressure is at 8.8 PSI making 460 WHP and 380 Torque on dynapack dyno
PS: This dyno reads verrrry low that a stock GTR produce 412 WHP and stock 370Z does 230 WHP..

Here the interesting part... UpRev really did a great job cracking the transmission line pressure to make the tunners tune it.. I mean seriosuy without increasing the line pressure.. there is no use for FI for AT

When my tuner first recieved my car, he spent a lot of time fixing the AT slipage, it used to slip every single time he give gas and the only way to make the car back to normal is to turn the car of and turn it on and everything goes back to normal.

But right now after 4 month of usage the transmission is holding the power realy great and the shiting had been waaaay better than before its almost semi gtr's transmission (not that close but its night and day different in shifting)

:tiphat:

So what are your honest thoughts or opinions of the kit ?????

theaudir8fan 01-08-2012 02:05 PM

also how's reliability been? any issues so far?

Everyone will want to know how many miles since install, how's the AT holding up and how much power are you putting down.

Drives like stock and i treat her like stock:driving:, there was some issues here and there but its all good to go now.. actually its hard to install a turbo kit without facing some issues unless your a lucky dude.

I have question, What are the advantages and disadvantages of gtm 3" down pipe and 2.5" test pipe.. other than down pipe is louder.. what else??

more hp? more tq? spinning earlier?... I did search but never really got the answer that im looking for...

Again, im looking for advantages "AND" disadvantages (if any)

I know what you mean by being extremely lucky if someone can go through without issues, mind sharing yours?

I didnt really faced any mechanical problem.. it was only installation issue from X garage (in UAE) then I took it to Y garage and fixed the installation issue

now the real issues are that I had waay to much slipping once I installed the TT kit.. and fixing this required increasing the transmission line pressure via uprev. Its good now

I had problem turning the car on when its warm but turns on like stock when its cold.. it got fixed thanks to uprev and my tuner..

there were white smoke every while i release my foot from gas...... some adjustment in ECU and the smoke was gone...

now the only issue left is traction.. i spin all the way till 3rd gear LOL.. once i hit the 4th gear.. oh my! its game over!
