Got it! Well probably just a tune for now then.

A tune, intake and cat-back will net a solid 25-30rwhp gain which is the average for most people. I put down 310rwhp and 259wftlbs with the Stillen G3 intake, tune, and Berk HFCs. A number of other 370Zs put down similar numbers with similar mods on the same dyno.

Now that I have the FI cat-back, I need to re-dyno and have the tune tweaked a bit but I hope to see around 320rwhp which is about the most you will get with full bolt ons and a tune. In my opinion, it is the perfect amount of power for this car for a balance of power, control and balance.

My dream is the GTM stage 2 supercharger though lol.

Haha...I thought for a couple months that I would get my car SC'd at some point...but now I don't think it's worth it. I've ready about 4 pages worth in the tuning section and I at least know I want to do UpRev...but now I have way more questions about it haha. I think I'm done with the modifying so it's probably a good time for a tune.

The automatic transmission just need supporting mods. Transmission cooler and tune. With the uprev tune your able to tune the transmission. The transmission can handle 500whp with the supporting mods.

Im confused, you were only at 504 whp, why did yours go boom? Also confused because I was told by someone in high reguards to run 500hp which is my goal will cost me just as much as a STG 2 SC.

Transmission went boom because there was lack of oil in the transmission. The transmission lines had to be relocated. During that process, it was leaking fluid. The transmission was running on less fluid, causing the transmission to go out. When the dealership drained the oil, there were shavings on the transmission in the oil. When they showed it to me i was in shock.

Do you really believe that changing exhausts will increase your overall HP, by +11whp?
I am more inclined to believe that it will only net you a few extra ponies at the most.

*Do you have a dyno of the 309whp pull?*

So I wanted to give an update. I decided to not go with the headers and get a tune instead. I talked to a guy here in Tampa (Z Fever) and they quoted me $595 which will include the license and tune. He said I'll get about 15 dyno pulls and it'll take about 2 hours to do the entire UpRev tune. Two questions, first what is Osiris and Cipher? Second, what have you guys done with your stock exhaust? I'd like to sell mine and cover the cost of this tune.

Thanks for any help!

Try S&R also.

Sent you a PM...

People practically give the stock exhaust away.

Keeping in mind the heat and humidity of Tampa, you should be able to see about 300 +/-5 to the tire with bolt on's.

Check out my dyno thread (Proven Power dyno thread) for details. Email my buddy (see PM) for more info.

Friend of mine mentioned them as well. What did they charge you?
