I also read on another thread that HKS USA is closing... I guess we wont get the new boost controller then.

Thanks for the link Ron. I will buy it right now if I can confirm that I can change the language to English. Not sure if its a universal unit for all regions or there will be a U.S. version at some point.

Edit: It says at the bottom that it can be displayed in English.

I bet they will come out with a new AFK 3 to match the exterior and new color lcd of the EVC line. Cannot wait. Would be sweet to see a new Camp 3 as well. LOL migrate all the old over to s14 and put new in the Z hahaha

yeah, watch the video, I could not understand sh1t but you can see some of the features. As far as display and appearance, you can select language and units.. you can also change screen color and contrast.

HKS USA closed at the beginning of the month, but their parts are still very much available.

There is a US whole sale parts house that picked up the US distribution for HKS. Small things like boost controllers shouldn't be an issue. Some of the more technical items will probably become harder to get and i'm sure most things will have even worse tech support if you need it.

I hate you Ron ;) I went to baker and picked up my "new old" EVC 6 so I can throw it in my 240. I am buying this one for my Z, look sick on all levels.

Let me know when you have it. I'm torn and don't know what to get lol

These are available in Japan, and Middle East and making their way everywhere. Soon they will be in the USA as well, but we are in a dead spot with respect to HKS products. HKS USA is no more, and the two approved importers are still waiting on stocking orders and gearing up.

In the meantime, we are aquiring our HKS products directly from our contacts in Japan and elsewhere. It's a neat unit...I tuned this car with it ( BUILDS>> 1022HP R35 GT-R - Speedhunters ), and it's easily the best boost controller I've used. Much more on screen functionality and held 34psi of boost no problem.

So Sharif, u'd be able to get us that EVC now?
