Vacuum at idle
 
Can someone please tell me what our engine vacuum reading at idle is?

mines read -10.5 to -11.0 via HKS CAMP2. guys with analog gauges will read much more vacuum

Why would the vacuum be different measured with a CAMP2? It shouldn't be.

Maybe they are reading different units... The differences between gauges should be very minor if both gauges are working properly.

haha, sorry man, If I werent away I'd go look right now. Are you going with Tial 50mm by any chance? I think you want the unpainted spring....and that people are going to be saying bless you a lot because that thing sounds like a sneeze. (or a whip at high boost)

No, I'm going with the Tial Q. From what I've read, it flows 20% better than the 50mm.

where the hell have you been?

most cars are around 15 -18 in/hb of vacuum

Do you have a vacuum gauge? if so pull a vacuum line and hook it up.

like raul said you will prolly need the unpainted spring.

Im at -20vac and 8psi. i was sent a pink spring and it didnt want to open
