Hey Sam, any updates on the Supercharger kit or the VVEL tuning?

It pulls hard! It for sure does not feel like a Z anymore. Does not pull like my turbos do but, on any standards this car is a rocket! If your thinking about a SC kit form GTM, I say go for it. You will have a smile everytime you start the car :happydance:

Ya, I def plan on going with a GTM supercharger kit. I love the quality of work they do, and I have yet to read 1 negative review of the company. Hearing reviews like that, makes me want the S/C even more.

Besides I too am waiting for the stage two unit, but only waiting till mid march and then will pull the trigger on the stage one unit and upgrade later...

trust me Sam is very busy working on cars...im sure he'll be the first one to post up when the stage 2 is complete.

Hopefully by the end of March it should be ready.
In the mean time the work has started putting the 4.2 TT in my 2003, 350z.
Tag Race Car will be doing the install for me Oakville Ont, Canada.

I hear the Stage 2 is starting to shape at GTM.

Out of curiosity, what do you think the technical challenges are that are making it take a while? Are the dimensions of the new blower a lot different? Otherwise it seems like a new bracket and some new tuning and Stg. 2 should be done. Kinda like a turbo swap...

I'd bet GTM being busier than a rooster at a hen house convention has something to do with it! :D

I called them earlier today, yes they are. They said Stage 2 is going well and everything will be done right once the announcement is made. :happydance:

The good news is that the i now have the GTM torque converter on the car and it has showed good gains over the stock on.
The bad news is that i will not have the stage 2 on my car buy April 2 for the opening day of the 1/4 mile runs on the car at the track.
Not happy about that.

Bummer! Any more info on when it may ship?
