Shumby. If its that cold , your wife should keep you nice and warm at night.
Im thinking of taking a vaction in Jan. to Florida to visit Jnaut and RCZ. Hopefully one of them plays golf. The GTM torque converter will be installed on my car next week. The weather is cold and snowy up here going down to 3 degrees F over christmas. 5 ft of snow, freezing rain . high wind's = perfect condions to drive the 370z in. My feeling is that you should buy what ever makes you happy. " we all drive 370'Z and thats all waht counts"!!! |
Z Elim: You should come down, I'm not great at golf, but its nice and warm and you'd get a ride to hold you over until you get your kit.
Ah, ok. Weiboy should at least go to stock for a while and recoup some $ and then when he is ready, get whatever he wants to get. That way he can also make sure the source of his problems weren't elsewhere on the car..at least thats my advice fwiw. |

I wasnt try to say there IS something wrong with the engine. Just make sure its all good since the engine will be partly tore down or if its taken out a good inspection.

Has anyone tried running a smaller pulley on the blower, and running a wastegate/blowoff valve set up controlled by a boost controller? Ive been listening to a friend with a Paxton Novi 2200 mustang talk about it on his new mustang. I did some research on it and the gains are very impressive. Power comes on alot faster and the torque increase is amazing! Seems like there are several ways to set it up. Im just curious what the increase would be on the Z. Im trying to decide between a supercharger and twin turbos right now.
