LOL, Juan even said "this is the last thing I'm posting". I hope these guys have a ton of spare cash lying around for their lawyers' fees. They're gonna need it if Forged counter sues.

"to the best of my knowledge at the time......." is all it takes to change a story. Look at the cases on the little girls that are missing, the suspects keep changing the story and the police cant doing anyting about it cuz it cant be proved yet one way or another. The OP can say all he wants here but as long as he tells a story and stays with it for the police then he is all good.

Isn't the point to try and pressure Forged to settle? Obviously it can backfire if the statements aren't true and Forged countersues...

And what reason would you have to chuck spears, and not be there for the return spears? As I read Forged's reply to his claims, they had things pretty smoothed out... Maybe not as bad as in this case, but still.

If your gonna start the discussion, if you're right, wouldn't it be fair to see it through to answer any questions that come up?

And if it's true that Forged and Juan came to an agreement, and then Juan posted his schitt a year later.
