Stillen Quad Turbo Info Leaked!

Stillen's new quad turbo kit is supposed to be good for 1500hp!! The kit requires a mere 30hours install time and adds only 600lbs of pure
power making goodness! Install will require relocation of of a few components to the trunk(battery, radiator, headlights, etc.) but make no mistake your Z will be the most powerful on the road!

On a more serious note, what is this engine... behemoth, monstrosity really used for?

Dr.Awkward 04-01-2010 01:28 PM

It really is a quad turbo from a Camaro

Snakebite202 04-01-2010 03:55 PM

Isn't that a drag engine?

dlmartin81 04-04-2010 07:32 PM

Omg!!

SkyZ 04-04-2010 08:28 PM

look like the engine of a hyundai 3 cylinder diesel

Red370 04-04-2010 09:57 PM

that thing looks like it belongs in a bus.

1slow370 04-04-2010 09:59 PM

does anyone else notice the teeny weeny wastegate tubes on that thing? wonder if they have overboosting problems

XwChriswX 04-04-2010 10:29 PM

So it's a V-8 with 4 turbo's... 2 cylinders per turbo... I would wonder if they would get enough gasses flowing through just 2 to be completely effective...

I wonder what numbers the same engine would have with just 2 turbos fed by 4 cylinders...

I understand the gravity of saying 'Quad-Turbo' but practicality...?

I prefer an octo-turbo setup...

Every cylinder it's own turbo, that's the way!
