Noise help vortech?

I noticed today when I turned the car off there was a rattle that went away so I took a vid only thing I can think of is that its related to the vortech SC spinning down? Any thoughts. I have a suspicion the seal is going out but was told by a shop that the little oil in the intake post SC is nothing to worry about.. do the radiator fans keep turning when you turn the car off? I have no one to help me diagnose.

Solved.... missing nut found its way into the radiator fan housing and was rattling around

your SC doesnt spin down. as soon as engine stops it stops. it moves with the engine
