I thought having an H or X design helped with flow/hp gains?

Ok cool. So then having the F.I. exhaust if I'm planning to go TT at some point wouldn't be a good idea? I don't wanna have to buy an exhaust now, then buy another one later?
Depends on how this dyno goes. I am hoping to see more low end tq and hp with a 2.5" exhaust. 3" is ideal though, more free flowing and less stress on the engine.
Is AAM selling this exhaust in a 3" version yet? Or is it still in development, cause if it's the best for the TT setup, I may just go with it now.
They have a similar design that is 3" that Black370TT has on his car. But yes you will benefit buying a supporting mod now, if you plan on TT'ing in the future. It really depends on your goals as well.
My goal is 500Whp. I just don't wanna buy a part now, to have to replace it with a different part later. I do plan to TT when the $$$ is right. So if 3" is the way to go, then thats what I'll do. Will it hurt me more than help me before I go TT or is it not even really worth it?
You will lose low end tq with the 3" on NA. But it will help you in the long run if you are going to TT down the road. Then you can also buy clutch and flywheel upgrade down the road as well, then oil cooler and spacer for the pan. It just start piecing things bit by bit.
Will the 2.5" vs the 3 possibly give more torque or something? I'm confused, I just always thought with a turbo bigger is better, period.
