Sorry guys, No video's from me. Elmo370z had a major water leak he had to attend to and couldn't make it on Sunday since Saturday was cancelled.

I will have to think about what I want to do to help with this issue. I know what may work, I am just not sure if I want to keep going. I'll need to think on it. The next mods are not cheap at all.

Question. You remember what gear and rpm you was at, at the end.

I was in 6th. RPM I have no idea. Way too many things going on that are more important. I was slipping and
sliding all over the place. It was dang hard to keep my head on straight.

Didn't I read somewhere else that they've had issue's in the past with sand/dirt on the track and people were complaining about the slick dangerous conditions?

No idea. Only us crazy folks would keep our foot in it and keep pushing it. The car didn't do anything stupid so I would just hold the throttle input and ride it out. I had traction control off and no ECutek traction control. Why, because that stuff don't work either since it is based off the factory ECU. I was manhandling that bitch, old school way.

Must have made for an exciting ride! And no videos, shame on you. :rofl2: Glad you had a good time and stayed safe.

Solidius's son may had made a few. I am not sure. I can only do so much. I have X amount of bandwidth.

My guess is 163 mph in the standing 1/2 mile. Launching will be tricky.

(This is for Spooler btw).

Nailed it.

Spooler, congrats on your runs, glad you and the car stayed safe. :driving:

Wish me and wifey could have been there, we tried but Mother Nature said nope. Hopefully some other time.

You missed one hell of a show. Folks would talk to Solidus, They wouldn't say anything to me. LOL I was wondering what everyone was saying about the 370z pouncing.

Awesome speed man :tiphat:
They should have at least ran a blower down each lane to clear the sandy debris :shakes head:
Dragstrip s do a much better job; including the VHT (adhesive compounds) they will put on launch pads :ugh2:

You should see my car. We drove on the track for 30 to 40min in the morning to dry it out. My car needs washing again from all the white water spray that was kicked up.

Spooler 10-21-2019 05:49 PM

jchammond brought up a good point. I am the fastest 370z in street trim (full interior) with DOT tires. Dynosty's car was an all out drag car with no interior, big as slicks, and downturns with no mufflers. The guy with the G35 that ran a 172.5 was also an all out drag car with slicks and no interior.

I am the fastest street trim 370z on DOT tires, period. JC says I have a new record.
I guess I do.

The hell with it. I am claiming the fastest 370z in street trim with DOT tires. Read'em and weep. To get as close
as I did without slicks is crazy.
