What 6-speed transmission fluid for TT 370z?
 

Hey guys, did a bit of searching on this and didn’t find much.

I’m looking to change the gear oil in my 700whp 370z. Not sure what’s in it now but I’m noticing 1st to 2nd has a very slight notch when driving lately. Also noticing a very mild whine at low speeds.

Anyways, what should I be running for higher hp in the 6 speed gearbox? I’ve seen some people run a 50/50 mixture of different redline oils, or a motul gear oil. Any recommendations?

I just switched to redline mt85; so far feels great, iam boosted also

I used a mix of 85 and 90 (NA). The difference between straight 85 or a mix is probably minimal, but it's a big improvement in feel over what the car came with.

I just did this (MT90, MTL, and Synchromesh), and it works really well.
