Any experience with Black Ops injectors?

Just lookin to save a couple bucks but does anyone have experience or feedback on Black Ops injectors? And as an aside are 1300's good for approaching 700rwhp or should I go higher considering I'm planning to run twin 340's.

Let me see what I can get ID 1300s for.

Recently had my fuel system upgraded for the 3rd time.

CJM Billet Twin Hanger W/Walbro 450 Fuel Pumps & Hobbs Switch
Injector Dynamics ID1300

She is now very happy while sucking down that e85 :driving:

So you did 450s ? I want to get as close to 700rwhp as possible on 93 and I figured twin 340's would do the trick running straight with no Hobbs switch. I'll be at 10:1 compression with C2 cams and a BP with 6466.

I better send Charles an email.

Yes we did two 450's but you should be able to get there with two 340's on pump gas.

"Charles" CJ Motorsports is definitely the man when it comes to the fuel game!

Waiting on Charles response but would a 1700 be too much injector?

Might as well go with the twin 450's - I think they are cheaper than 340's! (Walbro vs Aeromotive, anyway)

I'll be shooting a pm soon. Good lookin out.

I would go with twin pump module, double 450s and 1300x injectors for a 700whp fuel system

TopgunZ 03-14-2018 11:03 AM

If you ever plan to go E85 then you need to go huge as above. But it would be a big fuel setup for petrol. Remember the pump heats the fuel, especially dual 450s. The great thing about E85 is its latent heat of vaporization which makes it about 3 times as cool as petrol gasoline. You will have higher fuel temps with pump gas vs. E85. Just something to consider.

You won't be getting 1700s to idle above 10:1 on pump. My boss just went through that with his Mustang and had to back down to 1300s since we don't get E85 on island
