Check my AAM TT Build

Have all the parts ready to chuck on. My full list:

AAM TT RHD Kit
AAM 4 Bar MAP Sensor
AAM R Line Oil cooler
DW 650cc injectors
340lph fuel pump
CJM S1.E Fuel System
Fuel Pump Relay Kit
Eibach Springs

Ordered these and waiting for them to arrive:

Z1 Urethane Motor and Trans mounts
GTR Spark Plugs
FI Billet Flex plate 7AT
FI 3" TDX CBE
CSF 7AT Upgraded Radiator
25 row Trans cooler

After some reading on another AAM TT thread, I should also be looking at diff bushing? Might have to add those in.

I am not looking for big power, just something safer for the first year maybe 450whp, and then I may increase it later.

Why 340lph pump and S1.E system and then only 650cc injectors?

I was infromed that i would only need 650cc injectors, but I think i will change them to 1000cc before I do the build.

I'm not boosted; but with the potential of starvation...i was gonna comment about the same thing.

You do only need 650cc for 450-500whp levels (I am proof)...

the 1000cc makes more sense though... you are building out the rest of the fuel system for more power down the road so might as well follow suit with the injectors.

I have sport. So the OEM VLSD.

I do plan on upgrading to a quaife LSD at some point. Maybe not rite now because I want to save the remaining cash I have left over for labor/tune plus emergency or unplanned stuff that might occur after or during the build.

I am running 1000cc injectors and 485 Walbro pump.

Runs great and have made peak 677whp.

Hey Shadow, since you saw my thread and posted, i went with the injector dynamics 1050x so i wouldn't have to upgrade them in the future when i wanted to increase the power, just a suggestion. i also went with the aeromotive 340 fuel pump.

I bought the Injector Dynamic 1050x's for mine. They're about $10 more per injector but they boast a little more technology. I also went with the S1-SE fuel system but I stuck with an Aeromotive 340 pump similar to you. Good luck!

Are your ID 1050's drop in (stock size/OEM plug ) or do they require an adapter?

The injectors fit into the engine just fine after removing the spacer that comes on them. The electrical connection has to be re-made using the supplied connectors. You will have to cut the connectors off of the old harness and pin the new ones on.
