Stillen Coolant Reservoir

Is this the typical amount of turbulence you would expect for proper circulation and no air locks?

Mine appeared to be more turbulent, but it's hard to tell from the color of yours.

Maybe I missed it in your build thread, but why did you decide to keep the water instead of going A2A? Was it the extra investment in parts?

Thanks, just trying to determine if I've blown all the air out. Took a lot of mucking around to get it to this point. I'll let it run s bit more tomorrow since it's moving joe it should help any trapped air along.

I think the color is from adding Water Wetter to it. Plus it's cold here still so I've got some Coolant in there as well until the weather smartens up.

Economics mostly yeah. I've upgraded everything else as far as supporting mods to make use now and for A/A down the road, which is likely where I will end up. Actually, all I'd need at this point is the pipe and intercooler.

It's not just the cost of the supercharger and A/A kits, it's the injectors, pumps, clutches, rear ends, wheels, tires, gauges, and on and on and on that add up real fast so A/A was an easy one to scratch off the list early on. Besides I don't mind seeing where I'll end up maxing out the A/W since I've addressed more of the Stillen short comings than others did I believe. Even so far as relocating the MAF up by the throttle bodies for more accurate readings.

Will see what happens I guess. With the SI impeller I'm a little nervous, and holding off on any pulley swaps, but trust that Seb will tune it up well and keep me from sliding too far into the danger zone.
