Mine were 3inch on both not sure why they would have different sizes for each size ....must have been a older design ...I think the only complaint I have is the air filter location wish there was a way to relocate or a smaller air filter to use

I'm going to look into the fuel return kit. I'm not one to cut corners on important upgrades. Another $1500.... ughh , that's about 15 of those ..lol
Anywhere in particular place I should source the kit?

I used the CJM Kit ... I think it like 800 bucks

I have an 88mm pulley sitting around if anyone wants to buy it.
I kept my 84mm off my old SC as I wanted to see if we could build boost a little faster before it overspun the SC at redline.

I got dibs if Kentmo decides not to 'aquire' it.

I'm not too sure the route I want to go. I'm pretty sure I'm running the 88mm pulley as I'm seeing 10-11psi depending on temperature conditions. I've noticed the intercooler is a bit on the smaller side and causing an issue with the intake temperatures increasing drastically on the dyno which in turn is pulling timing out of the vehicle. As of now, timing as been pulled by my tuner and on the street is making right around 500whp. I'm debating on getting a custom intercooler built for this setup and possibly running the C38-92 which gives you a 1/2" bigger inlet on the charger intake.

I have the direct port methanol that I can't take advantage of. If I could get the temperatures on the normal side then I could add more timing and actually use the methanol.

Decisions...Decisions....

I ended up having Seb from Specialty Z do a ECUTEC remote tune. I reinstalled the 88mm SC pulley and did logs as he instructed. I also changed out my Bosch EV14 1000cc injectors and replaced them with ID 1050x, which was recommended by Seb.
He did a fantastic job!! The car runs much better, with more torque, from the ECUTEC remote tune than with the Uprev Dyno tune!!

All is good in the world!!

Which pulley are you running? Fuel ? 93 or High octane?
The 88mm is ok, but not as good as that 84mm sittin' on my shelf...
I had the 84 on the stage 1 kit and it pulled hard!

Iam running the 85mm, got it from kraftwerks, iam gona run 98octane approx, it would be around 96 at engine, later in season I may go to 109 octane, depending on a group buy

The availability of E85 has affected the popularity of this I think.
