F.I. Maintenance Schedule

So I know that this biggest thing to reliability and longevity with going F.I. is to be on top of our fluids and maintenance. ...Given that our cars run hot to begin with, going F.I. just increases those temps...besides the obvious of upgrading the cooling systems I was wondering how often u guys (TT/SC) change ur oil/fluids out.....I know the standard schedule for Nissan (stock) is every 3 Months or 3700 miles....

I know driving styles and conditions play a role, so I'm interested to know how often those who DD their cars in stop and go traffic and do the occasional weekend tracking change their oil and other fluids. I've heard that It's Highly Recommended to change ur oil after A Track Day (Drag strip/Road/Track) which is what I've been practicing especially since I DD....wanted to get a feel of what everyone else is doing or recommending as a maintenance schedule.

Me too. Was planning on every 3k for oil. Keeping an eye on all other fluids, and making sure to check for hoses/any rubbing during oil changes. I may add a catch can in the future, and would need to keep a closer eye on that than every 3k though, I'm guessing... Sub'd

I am running the GTM oil pan which raises the oil capacity to 8 quarts and I am running full synthetic. I plan to do some blackstone testing.. but I fully expect that I'll be able to go somewhere around 5-10k between oil changes.
I don't track though.. just DD and spirited driving.

When my car is running I change the oil after every track day, usually 6-8 weeks. I change the power steering every 6 months and the break fluid once a year but run Castrol SRF, it lasts a year but a bottle is $65.

Thanks for the response guys.....I like JWillis' schedule and may be going with that from this point forward. Tropical weather where I'm at so it get's real hot and humid on some days with a lot of stop and go traffic. Definitely brings up those temps...I haven't tracked the car for about a month since my last oil change but do a lot of spirited driving when I get the chance...

Wow. I go 5000 miles between oil changes. I use Motul 5w30 with Nismo filter. Been doing this for over two years boosted. Had my oil analyzed a few months ago and it came back with better results than an N/A Z according to Blackstone. I have a 25 row oil cooler, Mishimoto radiator, vented hood....temps are kept in check. For other maintenance; brake fluid, coolant, etc. I just follow normal schedules and everythings been good for the past couple years.
