The MAF's went away, when we do SD-Tuning via EcuTek

BTW: First Testdrive today....:driving::tup::driving:

I feel as if the "Z" a lot better moves

Perhaps it is because I myself mounted the large pump :excited:
And this thought alone generated 100 HP more ;)

Swiss or anyone with the Frozenboost Heat exchanger. ...Do u know what's the coolant fluid capacity of the Frozenboost Heat exchanger? Any tips on getting the air out of the system ? Tried researching and came across 9,633cc's capacity which is about 2.5 gallons but trying to confirm.....Also looking for any advice on getting the air out of the system.

If you have the type 101 its 26x7x3.5 = 637cu in. One gallon is 231 cu in. So 637/231 = 2.75gallons. There should be about .25gal or 60cu in of material in that HE. Sounds about right to me.

Thanks Topz....U da man!!!! Always good to have a second opinion ti make sure that I'm calculating things right. Now if I can just figure out a easy and quick way of how to bleed this thing ....Lol

The complete system incl. intercooler, holds about 3 liters (0.8 Gal)
The Intercooler Frozen Boost (Typ 101) almost about 0,7 - 0,9 liter (ca. 0.23 Gal)

But are approximate values only!

For me, the overflow reservoir nearly full.
I've have 5 liter Motul Coolant and 0.5 liters MoCool mixed
and filled in a canister.
And have now still about 2.5 liter left

Hope this helps you?

Good news is that we got the fluids in the reservoir circulating now....bleeding process is coming along...thanks for the feedback Swiss

Bolio, I think Swiss is right. Now that I am not skimming it through quickly, the only part of that bar and plate design that actually holds/flows water is a small portion of what makes up the most volume of the HE. Most of it is fin and air space.

Thanks Topz....His numbers threw me off a little so I decided to shoot Frozenboost and email to inquire.... Swiss wasn't too far off....Here is the info they sent me.

What is your oil temperature running? 3 weeks until I can put mine on the track and I'm running 220F just driving around town. I'm getting limp mode fear.
