People, this is the same company as GTM Motorsports under "different" management.

They still owe me $4600 and now are saying they will no pay me back. Their deal was buy another kit from us and we'll send you the previous kit! lol..

They've also blocked my number in the USA. I have to call them with Skype so they answer me, and when they do, they give me the same BS about they can't do anything about the past, but the new company is different. Can't wait to meet you guys at SEMA face to face and see how much BS comes outta your mouths!

contact your bank/credit company and file a dispute, that's what I had to do, but I did this a long time ago when I found they had applied for bankruptcy, you may still have luck

I paid with a wire transfer. So the cash is long gone unless I can create a small claims suit against them. I just moved to the USA, so am looking into it now, if you have any pointers please let me know.

Did you buy your original kit from GTM? If so you are in the same boat as the rest of us and this is not new news.

Did you recently buy from them under the name Gamma? Also what kit did you buy for $4600???

Ohhh im not defending anyone.... I simply want the facts so that people can be aware!

Anyone can make a thread blaming a company with little facts being presented.

I will say this from my conversations with Gamma getting refunded is going to take time and patience... Their focus right now is on their SEMA builds and after that they will be addressing people with issues. This is what I was told and encouraged to start the conversation back again in november just after SEMA since they are all hands on deck with SEMA builds...

also with only 2 posts to the OP's name I am skeptical

but really it's a toss up because some days I've seen him on early like noon other times late into the evening.

plus this hasn't gotten completely off the rails yet.

Na, was replacing the track bar on my Power Wagon the other day. Laying on a creeper, and rolled off of it onto a socket and ratchet. Caught me just right. Was trying to undo 250 ftlbs of torque on a bolt. :shakes head:
