Manifold-To-Turbine Clamp Pair: $50 (required unless you have them already)
Re-circulated Downpipe Set: $995 (Any size 2.5" - 3.0")
Open-Dump Downpipe Set: $945 (Any size 2.5" - 3.0")
Additional o2 Bungs: $10 Each

Driver-Side Motor Mount Bracket: $TBD$
Driver-Side Heater Pipe: $TBD$
Oil Manifold & Line Kit: $TBD$
Water Line Kit: $TBD$

Wastegates, Tial MV-S, Pair: $550

Turbos- There are many compatible turbo options. Straight Garretts, HTAs, Xona Rotors, etc. But just to give a couple examples:
GT2860RS, Pair w/ Turbine Housings: $2330
GTX3076R, Pair w/ Turbine Housings: $3840
GTX3582R, Pair w/ Turbine Housings: $4700

Turbo compressor housings for larger turbos will likely need to have the outlet cut off with a forward facing elbow welded on. This is rather common for turbo kits in cars with tight engine bays. We would perform this for turbos purchased from us.

So a combination of manifolds, GT28 turbos, open dump downpipes, wastegates, is adding up to $6175. This is not yet including the heater pipe and motor mount bracket, or turbo oil and coolant line kit.

Or if looking for a 1000-1100rwhp combo with the GTX3076R, $7685 for the same combo.

In for full turbo kit pricing :)

For now, the manifolds, turbos, downpipes, wastegates, and oil/coolant line combos are all we are building.

Next up will be the intercooler kit, which I would expect to see in anywhere from 2-4 months. The intercooler kit will include the intercooler-to-throttle body tubes.

We might be stopping there. At least, that is currently as far ahead as we are planning for now. We might do full turbo kits eventually, but it hasnt been in the plans so far.

Honestly with all the things you have listed your on your way to a "CJM TT Kit" Now when you add the intercooler, the oil pan you released earlier and your fuel system your there and that's what I'm waiting for!!!! I'm a catalog buyer if I can get all the things I need from 1 company I will.

Oh, I weighed the completed passenger manifold and we are still 10oz lighter than the cast Greddy unit! LOL

After the intercooler kit is done, custom turbo-to-intercooler and air filter tubes will still have to be built... and of course custom tuning for each car will have to be done.

Perhaps further down the road will be a complete bolt-in tuner kit... but I wouldnt want to imply that it would be any time soon or that we are even working on it.

We are really aiming more at the custom build market, without really trying to get into the DIY or turn-key segment. But after we are all done with all current projects, its a possible later step. Who knows what the future holds. But for now manifolds and downpipes are all we are offering, along with compatible wastegates and turbos for them.

I might eat my own words. With some further discussion taking place, I think we will offer complete tubing kits for gt/gtx28, and a set for gt/gtx30/35. Anyone using turbos other than that might have to modify the tubing to accommodate or build their own.

The tubing kits may or may not require our oil cooler kit to fit. The oil cooler system being built on my Z has been on pause until we get to the tubes for the turbo system to build it all to work together... Too early to tell. Will keep you guys updated as it progresses later.

By looking at the design and placement of the turbo, it may be a chance to have this installed with the motor in?

I have put the manifolds and turbos in and out probably 30 times, and my engine hasn't come out once since the factory installed it... not even for the Greddy system that used to be in there.

I've been saying for years that I think everyone is nuts for pulling the engines out just to put turbo kits in!

Good to know! I always ask about every kind of TT kits for out car. Headers install on a VQ is not even hard, just takes time so I always think about the same install with turbos lol

It's definitely a bit harder to get the manifolds and turbos installed with the engine in a car versus on a stand... But I'll trade that extra 2 hours of frustration to save the time, mess, and hassle of tearing the whole car apart and having to get an alignment afterwards.

That's just me. Most shops wouldn't even consider doing it how I do and they rather dig in.

Im not the only one who thinks that, glad someone else does the same. now of the parts you listed. Basically a tuner kit, which needs fuel system and you also makes those. I prefer a tuner kit so I can pick fuel injectors and pump. and most of us going boosted, have some type of software already.
now did you plan on doing a oem fitment on the FMIC?

The intercooler will "bolt-up" to my car that we are building it on, but it will probably require all sorts of trimming of plastics for the piping and possible modifications to the core support, and its much too large to retain the "crash beam".

There is a lot of difference between what they are offering and what we are putting together. I think the easiest way to say it, is that they are selling packages, and we are selling parts.

Hi Charles,

I don't come on this site much, so I've missed this thread. But I think I'll be here much more often now, as my350z.com does not much going on anymore.

Top Notch Work as Always!
