stillen 10psi pulley belt issue??

Hi guys, I know some people have gone this route of replacing the stock pulley on the back of the stillen supercharger to the smaller 10psi (2.75") pulley. But the problem is there is not enough length in the tensioner system to tension for the smaller pulley, simple right get a smaller belt? Here in lies the problem I have been looking high and low for a smaller belt. stillen uses gates belt K080220 belt is 22 5/8" long and i need roughly a 22" belt now. I tried to contact some members who might have a answer but no luck. Ive contacted gates about getting a custom belt make and haven't had much luck. only other option i see is making a custom bracket with a longer slot for tension. anyone know of a smaller belt for this application???

Your going about it wrong. Get a larger idler pulley.

Or a larger Jack shaft pulley instead of smaller sc pulley. Better traction that way. I've never understood why guys go smaller instead of bigger.
