Max tune, need upgrade advice.

This summer I'll be leaning towards a max 93 octane tune for 550ish + whp.
Any suggestions or upgrades I should do before getting the tune? Already have a strong idea, but like to get feedback from the community. If you like to see my specs just click on my build log in my sig.

I'll have a fuel return, using 255 walbro,650cc injectors, boost controller, and ATF gauge using uprev.

Thanks.:happydance:

What duty cycle are your injectors? That is the only area besides fuel pump that I see that you may need some overhead.

Upgrade to some 1000cc injectors and a 340lph fuel pump

Fuel return, 255 walbro, and 650cc was told by forged and z1 that I would be fine for retune.

I'm not doing a E85 map.

Know anyone having duty cycle issues?

I maxxed out my 600cc injectors at 534hp. Might wanna overbuild to be on the safe side.

750cc to 1000cc should be the sweet spot for a fuel return.

For a car that's only being driven once a week don't know additional $500 injectors would be a good investment. Then again if I run lean and boom that would be a bad choice on my part.

Will have to speak with my tuner.

I have a set of ID1000's laying in my garage that might need to get flow matched. But ill sell them for cheap, like $350 shipped.

Just confirmed that CJM fuel return, 650cc, and 255 walbro is 580whp all day long 0 issues.

1000cc would be a good addition if I do E85.

I'll look into upgrading them if needed.

The 650cc are right on the fence and can go either way. With a stock 11:1 compression engine and not overly conservative tuning, they should be able to hit 580whp.

If I had E85 things would be different, 650whp would be nice. Just not in the cards in my area.

Have any other suggestions besides fuel I'll be glad to listen.
