DuPont or PPG?
Went to a few body shops today. Narrowed my choices to 2 shops that were clean, had good service, and cars that were worked on that were immaculate. Pricing is similar, but that doesn't really matter (insurance). One shop uses PPG and the other uses DuPont. I Google'd but they get mixed reviews. Is one better than the other? I'd obviously like to use the higher quality brand). I read somewhere that Nissan uses a brand Glasurit. Should I go with that?
Just wanted to fill my head with more opinions to help me choose a winner. |
both of them are awesome man.... honestly ppg is a bit more pricier here where i live so i get dupont but either or u wont reget promise

Paint and body-work is 98% prep-dependent. Given proper prep-work, I doubt there is anyone who would be able to tell the difference between the brands of paint.
