I want to get a Varis V2 lip for my Z and not the Arising II bumper, but I like these Varis (6pc) fenders.

Nothing a good body shop can't fix. I'd say go the route of the guy posted above and have the pieces that go on the front bumper molded.

There's a front bumper extension piece that is attached to the front bumper. That allows the fenders to mate up with the bumper seamlessly.

You can also see it here: Instagram

Varis has the front wide fenders available for the Varis front bumper as well as the OEM front bumper. However, any reputable body shop should be able to have it match up with any front bumper (my Zele front bumper as shown in the Instagram link above for example). Does that help answer your question?

Has anyone done a Varis front/ amuse rear combo?

shadow85 07-30-2017 05:46 PM

Amuse rear is ugly IMHO

What the Z34 needs is something to round off the rear

the normal z34 ends in kind of a stump

the pre-15 z34 is too long and bulky

Amuse kinda curves and meets at a point, which gives the illusion of less mass even if it is "longer". it works with the rest of the kit

i like varis but i dont think i'd mix. varis is kinda busy, its got a diffuser, vents, stuff going on. It needs to stay with the rest of the kit too

I don't like how the amuse rear appears to have a large hole like thing in the middle, and then what seems to be a bridge going through it. Looks so awkard to me.

I like the Nismo rears, but the diffuser/lip part look a little weak to me.

Zele rears look tough as with the enclosed exhaust, one of my favourites.

And varis rear lip, probably my second favourite, simple but aggressive touch.

Also when you purchase the Varis front you have to accompany it with the Varis fenders as well or you will have this weird flow from your front to fenders.
