Please help shifter related??
 
whats up guys so as you all know our shifter comes with a thread size of 10x1.25 .
now my problem is I just got this really nice weighted shift knob(BLOX) with a thread pinch of 10x1.5 any ideas on what I can do to make it fit ?

only way is probably to drill it out to force the thread bind at the very end, or get the correct one.

Do not force fit. Just get the correct size......

Return it and get one that's the proper size if you want to be headache free...

Could you use a tap and die (might need some type of filler metal if the new thread is smaller)
