Cheap paint...need help

I'm pretty pissed, I walked outside today and noticed a very light brown mark on my hood, I thought it was just dirt so I cleaned the area. Some of the brown faded but you can still see it alil. I checked the area and it looks like there is a abrasion on that spot & the spot feels like it was rubbed by something that might have messed up the clean coat. I'm going to take it to the dealership Thursday, but was wondering if something like that can be fixed?

I def will, I think I'll just stop by my local dealership tomorrow morning before school, I didn't buy it from there but it's like 5 mins away. If they can't help I'll go to the one I bought my car from, I hope they can fix it :(

Yeah we have neighborhood cats that leave HUNDREDS of claw scratches all over my car almost daily. Scratch Doctor from NuFinish works well for removing them without swirls or eating off too much paint.
I am keeping a ridiculously thick layer of the original hard turtle wax on it and it helps a LOT!

I found out my paint is fine, but alittle layer of the clearcoat got kinda messed up, I'm taking it to Nissan tomorrow to get looked at. I went to another dealership that I didn't buy the car from and they didn't want to touch it.
