To those that had replica body kits installed/painted

This is more for the non-DIY'ers.. the ones with 2 left hands.

After you purchased whatever body kit (bump/sides/rear).. how much did you pay to have them color matched/installed in your area? As far as color, my car is the brilliant silver.. so I imagine if you got white/black or an easy color to match its not so bad.

I know it varies from state to state, zip code to zip code, however trying to get a ballpark amount so I have some ammo If I decide to get some body parts

Thanks!

Authentic Powerhouse Amuse body kit (front, sides, rear, wing) color matched pearl white with matte black accents (PPG paint), test fitted, prepared, installed. $1500 out the door in Southern California.

Hope that helps and gives you a good ballpark estimate.

LOL, you have no idea how easy it is to match PW. White is the easiest, yes. Seriously speaking, prices do vary so not have a number for you. My suggestion is for you to call as many shops as you can but clarify what steps they will take to prep, fit, paint used, clear used, etc. ask for their best cash price and then use that number to beat each other. Also get references.

^I hope that was sarcasm!
The PW is such a bitch Nissan couldn't match it themselves, lol

wow, that's a good deal, imo!

but then these jdm kits usually fit very well. not much wasted labor for fitment (force fitment :ugh:) issues..
