No, the wires were cut and soldered at the speaker.

So took the door apart and took the speaker out. Reset the ECU, and swapped the door switches. Still nothing. Even went as far as having my buddy ( a helicopter electrician), chase the one wire in the door switch. Still nothing. Any more ideas

Take it to the dealer and let them know what is going on... Just get it replaced.
Who knows, maybe they will do it for free for you.

I'm no electrician, but judging by what you already did, it sounds like there is a short somewhere or a bad wire and it's just going to take time to find it.

Could also be a bad module but wiring is at the top of my guess list.
