Just curious if anyone has installed any of these and what your comments are. Are you happy with them. Do they look as good as the pictures show?

Sorry, but did not copy the links properly. Parts I am looking for are as follows.

1. Meter Switch Covers
2. Automatic Shifter Cover
3. Door Switch Covers
4. 3 Pod Gauge Covers

Thanks.

Links need fixed. Also, depends on who manufactured them. There are quality parts vs. **** parts. There are also companies that take a lot of time to get you the product you ordered.

Check out Carbon Fiber Element (http://www.the370z.com/members/carbo...r-element.html); they're a sponsor here, and they do really good work. The owner, Tony, is a good guy and can also help you customize the CF items (if you'd like).

Here is the site I am referring to.

370Z Source -- Products

These Carbon Fiber Parts are EVO-R.

Anyone have any experience with them?

+1 for carbon fiber element.. Id stay far away from Carbon Signal if I were you.

I have all these parts from EVO-R sourced thru The Z Store. Excellant quality pieces the CF is true and the weave very good. The pieces flow with my other CF pieces sourced the The Z Store , their inhouse brand.

The pieces fit very well.

I would stay away from EVO-R's console piece, the fitment is very poor plus it looks a bit too ricey for my taste.

EVO R pieces

I bought the exact same pieces from the same source you're looking at. They kept getting back ordered since EVO R ships from Taiwan sporadically. Fit was great. You will need some additional double-sided tape to keep them down as they don't quite give enough with the purchase. Quality was fine. BE ADVISED, the glossy covers for the 3 gauges on the dash reflect overhead street lights onto the windshield at night as you drive down the street. It gives the effect of yellow or white rain drops rolling up the windshield. You'll either get used to it or it will bother the crap out of you.

yah, that's the problem with glossy finish on interiors. reflection.

Yeah, I've had to cancel several Evo-R orders since they can't get any parts in stock. The last time I ordered, the parts were two months late getting to the Z Store so I cancelled. If you order them, make sure you call and ask what they actually have in stock before you order.

I will really suggest you start a thread with the issue rather posting statements like this on and off, will prefer if you state real reason of not being traced by Fedex people for delivery.

We have sold severals of interior kits without any issue on quality or fitment, there is at times a delay in shipping as all items are done in house no outsourcing and can be bit delayed because of local jobs we do.

I think the Carbon Fiber Guage Hats are a great interior mod. Really add to the interor and the reflection is not bad at all, I grew to like it.

I actually got mine from Carbon Signal and the fit was perfect! I didn't even have to really tape them on although they suggest it.

I also got their shifter surround in CF, that is a great addition also but I find it looks better for manuals as the one for auto's is kind of bulky but hey, still looks good. This is mine.

I also suggest Carbon Fiber Element for the window switch panels, I think the wrapped version might be slightly nicer than the overlay

i have had zero issues with carbon fiber element and carbon signal both great companies and friends :D

Agreed, they are great. Now how about that carbon fiber fiber instrument cluster we've been promised for months. It's the holidays and I would like to purchase something that I can look at while driving.

Yeh ..my gauge hats also have the reflection, but not a big deal, I got used to it.

Backordered EVOR parts thru Z Store. I had a few items backordered but were delivered in two weeks. I always call my orders in and therefore I can stock check. In my dealings with EVOR (theire website to order from) is to not order thru them directly as EVOR (Jay) usually fullfills the orders from Z Store and EBay before he fullfills your order. Never any problems with shipping and pricing thru Z Store, plus shipping is cheaper thru them. :tiphat:

Thread revival :ugh2:

Does anyone have a pic of the shift plate cover AND the cup holder ring? I cancelled an order for this because I'm worried the stainless cup holder ring will clash with the CF plate so close to it. That and I saw a picture of this part, and I could see the stainless under the cf plate around the hazard/s mode buttons. Can anyone clear this up? Also does anyone make a CF cover for the cup holder ring?
