Yay! Finally got my first paint chip

Front bumper :shakes head: i know this has been said before, but man nissan paint really sucks, their paint dept should really be ashamed of themselves. Even worse, went to the dr chip website and it looks like their touch up paint doesnt match our pearl white paint too well either. Considering getting a clear bra but its reaaally expensive. Can anyone with a pearl white give me their inputs using dr chip? How about the clear bra? How effective is it on a PW? Thanks in advance :tiphat:

No clear bra? Who is really to blame, hm? Joking...or am I!?

I went on a rather spirited cruise last weekend and now have a huge bra scrape. Whew! Glad I had one!

Small chip, you won't have an issue with dr. color chip. If you have a larger area, it may be a problem. Honestly, even though I know where my repairs are I have trouble finding them now, but it IS still possible if you're really looking. Others will never find it if you don't tell them where to look.

I just used dr colorchip on mine and it didn't work very well. It colors the chips, but doesn't fill them in at all. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Just don't worry about it OP. Just take it to a paint shop when your bumper's really bad and in dire need of paint.

You should see my front bumper. In the next year or two, complete bumper and hood paint and clear bra.

If the car looks good from 10 feet away your doing good!:ugh2:

DR. Colorchip works for small chips, but you have to use multiple layers to fill in the chip. But my car is red not PW...... Good Luck.

P.S. If anyone ever meets the (DOUCHEBAG) who decidid to use this crap paint on our cars I got $100 and a 12 pack of any beer of their choice for the person who kick's his A**...
