Doesn't the 2014 370Z Nismo use a red O?

Just mask properly. Plastidip. Then Paint your Black letters. Mask the black. Paint your red "O". Then clear everything. If you don't clear anything, you're better off just plastidipping everything and leaving it at that.

I've seen both the Juke Nismo 2014 badge and the 370Z Nismo 2014 badge and they are quite a bit smaller than the previous 09-13 Nismo badge. I have no clue why and seems very strange to me. I'm interested in actually seeing a 2014 370Z Nismo in person to see how the smaller badge looks. When I saw how small it was in person and compared it to the one on my 2013 Nismo, I decided against putting it on the car. |
Damn! I just bought the 2014 Nismo badge yesterday thinking it's the same size. That explains why it's only $37 while the '09-'13 Nismo badges go for $100.

i ended up pulling the badges off and just painting them. I used the duplicolor metalcast paint someone on this post recommended. they dont have a true black but its a "smoked" color and the red is a very deep red but i actually like the way they came out. did a couple of clear coats on them and plan to put them back on the car this evening when it cools off. ill try to post up some pics after

Here's my black Nismo badge with a red O that I created this weekend. Came out pretty good I think.
