A little advise on my hood when stored
Folks, I'm headed overseas for about 4 months and I put a tender on the battery. My question is will there be an issue with the hood open on it's prop rod or should I just lay it down easy on the wire?

Actually, I could just come up from underneath with the cord...

No.
Get some carpet squares for under your tires. Keeps them from flat spotting. |

Yah, pump air 42psi and place on flatstoppers. |

Also for long term storage in Minnesnooowwwta i mean canada, shoot i ment Minnesota:p, consider draining washer fluid, coolant for the winter up there. Put a bottle of fuel stabilizer and remove gas from the lines by starting the car with the fuel pump fuse removed. I did this when i went on a 7 month deployment when i lived in CT. Car started up first time. But i actually took the battery out and put it inside where it was'nt 5 degrees out. Or give the keys to someone you trust they will drive your baby around once a week without destroying it. |
You should be able to run the wire to the floor while it is still connected to the battery, that way you can keep the hood closed completely while in storage. I do it every year for the winter.
