I like the exhaust routing too! Looks like the new ragtop Jag.

SPOHN 08-13-2013 08:17 PM

Keep it

Really just not my taste. Exhaust is really awkward(maybe different in person, side skirts don't flow, wingless. I mustve missed the becauseracecar part. Front bumper is sweet and I dig the vinyl.

Z-Girl 12 08-13-2013 09:40 PM

No spoiler yuk...exhaust is pretty cool...bodykit to each his own.

Liquid_G 08-13-2013 10:14 PM

Z-Girl 12 08-14-2013 04:50 AM

The exhaust is cool...

Wonka2581 08-14-2013 05:46 AM

I want a sound clip of the exhaust..

isayimandrew 08-14-2013 08:55 AM

Those fenders remind of the Crossfire.... pretty unique take on the Z though.

Jasonle 08-14-2013 09:23 AM

Wow thats weird where that exhaust is at...pretty neat tho. Love that front bumper

simota1 08-15-2013 06:05 AM

love it bro!!!

axmea? 08-15-2013 08:43 AM

Very unique and two distinct one off touches like your fenders and that exhaust. Any pics on how you routed from mufflers to tips?

This is why I love this forum. Lots of varying opinions and tastes.

XPNSD IT 08-15-2013 11:41 AM

+1 for sound clip of exhaust, super creative. And those fenders are clean as well

Mozen 08-15-2013 12:52 PM

Keep it up!

Reaper42 08-15-2013 02:06 PM

This is all that is behind the rear bumper. That piece at the bottom is the race muffler.

Here is a shot underneath the car

I love the color of that wrap. Do you know the name of it?

Great looking Z! It looks like it wants to move...Fast.

It's azure matte mettallic blue. And it does move kinda fast, for an NA 370 at least. I had one of my friends that races for NISMO in the car the other day and he said it felt faster than the 370 GT4 car he races :driving:

TerribleONE 08-15-2013 02:52 PM

Looks great!

kevr6 08-15-2013 04:00 PM

Nice that it's different but not feeling it either.

GaleForce 08-15-2013 04:22 PM

I love it just for the fact that it's different, and knowing a little bit about fabrication, the time and effort put into building this is impressive. Keep innovating guys!

CrownR426 08-15-2013 04:52 PM

What piping is that?
Hope it's 2.75''

Where did you get your car wrapped at in the Chicago area?

Wrapped everything myself except for the front and rear bumper. Those didnt turn out too well so I had my friends over at Element Graphics & Design work their magic!

Are you planning to go FI?

I also wanted to wrap my own car. Debating if I want to try and dip it that color, or just buy the wrap. The parts you did look great. The only part that seems difficult for me are those side/fenders and the back truck hatch. Tucking the wrap seems very difficult there. I cant keep my eyes off the car.

If you have never wrapped a car before then I DEF DO NOT recommend you try and do it yourself. It is VERY hard and VERY time consuming.

I went 3'' because its a single pipe all the way back. If I had two pipes going back, 3'' each, then I would run into power losses without being turboed. But on a NA car, if you are running a single pipe back, you need a 3'' exhaust, theres 6 cylinders worth of exhaust gases needing to exit ;)

Yup I custom designed them and had them fabricated. Most of it is using the stock alluminum fender as well as VARIS dry carbon fiber.

frost 08-18-2013 08:38 PM

I like.

Reaper42 08-28-2013 01:15 AM

No longer wingless
