This didn't come with any installation instructions, so I have a couple questions for Carbonsignal.

I know I need to use 3M tape, but are any screws recommended or required? If yes, where would you recommend they be used? Should this be a direct fit with no flexing? Please provide some feedback.

Thanks

If you don't mind me asking, how much was the lip that didn't come with screws or instructions?

$450 + $165 shipping. Paint is another $250-300. I wasn't really planning to get this until my wife scraped the lower drivers side of the bumper. I figured if I was going to spend money to fix that I might as well get a lip. Not a cheap thing to do.

No instructions, tape or screws. :-(

It would be nice to have a diagram with the best locations for the tape and screws, if any.

Sorry to hear about this, but I'm sure a reputable body shop will have no problems putting your lip on. I was on the fence between the Carbonsignal and Fly1 Motorsports lip, but was actually leaning towards the latter until I pissed them off because I didn't like how buyers are required to pay 100% of the price upon ordering despite weeks of lead time. Anyway, please provide feedback on fitment when you put yours on.

None of the FRP parts are sold painted we do offer painting for direct orders for 150$

For installation it's a straight forward fit and we don't use 3M but always automotive body silicone as leaves no gap and holds the lip pretty strong on it own and can secure with cut screws on sides wheel side.

There shouldn't be any issue at all in fitment. If you want we have few lips in NY ready to ship the reason to store these in NY is for cheaper shipping as single lip costs 400$+ to ship from dubai to USA

The lip is now painted. Came out nice but it was not cheap. The part needed to be repaired and cleaned up before paint. The lower corners were not finished very well and one side had a crack.

I couldn't wait any longer so I went ahead and installed it. I think it turned out really nice! Now I understand why body modifications are so expensive. It really makes a huge difference in the car. Here's some pics :-)

Thanks. No. The crack was on the corner and wasn't a big deal to repair.
