I agree with you. I think they make a lot more sense on the 370 because of the frameless windows.

I'm waiting on this mod for my doors, though.

can't even imagine the weight this would add to the car. Its cool though, I don't doubt we will see this as an option from some luxury cars in the next 5 years or so.

I do wonder about safety though. Like how does the door open in the event if the motor failed...

I never really thought vert doors look all that bad...theres just so many haters out there. The fact that the 370 has that kinda upwards flow to its curves it could work.

For the record, I would not waste the money on it.

The 370Z is that cute girl. No, it may not be a $300,000 Lambo with doors that open vertically; no, it doesn't have 600HP stock and can't reach 200MPH on the autobahn.

I like the vertical doors but as many others have said "they aren't for me."

1. Usually attributed to some form of pysical or psychological abuse... What do you plan to do with your Z? Drive it 65 on the highways and 45 on the backroads all the time? :driving: HELL NO! :stirthepot: You plan to put the car through it's paces right??? Abuse it, thats what it (she) wants!

2. Think about it, what are you gonna do with the Z? Your gonna open her up, slip inside the tight leather form fitting seats that show every curve. Push the right button to set the mood, and rev rev rev her up till she can't take it anymore, and just when she's at the breaking point, :eek: you let her come down to idle and catch her breath. The thing you don't see is she loves every minute of it. And wants more! :tup:

3. I'm certain this car has plenty of potential to reach 200mph on the highway. Only thing blocking that is her chastity belt. (Governor) She wants to feel the power, but she's not legal at that point... Can you handle that?

I talked to a few people that have actually had lambo doors, and although I'm sure this will just be some stupid internet rumour, they said that when you use your lambo doors, you need to make sure to be very careful when you close them, otherwise the door actually starts the sag, and the gap between the base of the door and the car door jamb get smaller and smaller, until it starts hitting.

I think they're cool. Then again I don't live in an area where people have them on civics and accords. Couldn't justify the expense though.

love it like the idea how it can still open like regular but to add a little show just lift that bitccch up. dont mind the people that don;t like it they just like everything that is simple like putting nothing on there car with a little itty bitty lip. just lower the price a bit i think its a tad pricey.

i would love to get this if every ricer honda civic didnt have it. this doors could actually be useful because most of the time i park in really tight places and this would make it easier to get out of the car
