This might be a really stupid question so here it goes.
I plan on wrapping the whole car, I also plan on getting a lip kit. Should I wrap my car after or before I add the kit?

edit: sorry I forgot to mention that the kit is in CF.

Depends if you want the lip to be the same colour or stay CF.

:iagree: yup uh huh. It's a matter of personal taste. I like my lip to blend as opposed to being in contrast. You should compare. Check mine and compare to Iwan's to see how different thy look. We're not wrapped but you'll see the difference. From an install standpoint, you should install the wrap before the lip.

Im not sure if the OP said anything about CF. Are you asking will it be easier to do it after you wrap the rest of the car? If you wrap the car first and then the parts by themselves and add them on top it will look better. It will also allow you to continue the wrap under/around all of the edges so it wil last longer.

I would wait until all the parts come in. Take off the factory parts you will replace. Wrap as far under each area you can. Wrap the parts. Then apply. Drill your holes first.

Edit: Just noticed you drive a 40th! Why cover up the amazing and rare color?!

The thing is if I wrap the car before adding kit then I'm afraid that the kit will "damage" the wrap under the bumper/side/rear diffuser area. On the other hand, if I wrap the car after adding the kit then I'm afraid the wrap won't "fit" as nice.

Anyone has this experience that they want to share?

If it is CF I would leave it CF. Maybe wrap some of it and have partial CF showing. What lip kit are you getting? That would help me give you opinions. Adding the parts on top wont hurt anything. Wraps are never perfect so be ready to find flaws here and there.
