Illuminated kickplates....
 

We dont have them in the UK but they seem a popular mod in the USA. Are they all pretty much of a muchness when it comes to buying or are there particular ones to buy and ones to avoid? I'm going to Miami next week so can buy some when I am out there.

Any ideas where I can get them from? Can they be bought off the shelf from a dealership?

Ok great thank you, does anyone know the exact part number I need? Can the illumination come in different colours or one only?

With the shipping I imagine it will be costly as they are kind of long in size, plus our customs and excise people have really clamped down. May as well collect and put in my suitcase!!

No, its just the one color but people have changed the color. I believe there's a write up somewhere about how its done

It's a neat little accessory, for like $120-140 it's a rather nice touch to the car especially at night.
