Custom Seats

I recall seeing someone who made custom seats but I can not locate. Can someone help me out?

Someone posted pictures of custom seats they make that was very nice work. I believe that you send them the seats and they pull the old skins off and put new ones on. I think it was in the southeast. I bookmarked it a while back but had to reformat PC so I lost the thread.
