Can't comment on 2 and 3 but there are specialty metal supply stores in LA and OC.

Industrial metal supply in Burbank comes to mind. They also have a shop in Irvine if that's closer to you.

Axmea, could you take some shots of how the #10 screws are holding up? Trying to figure out whether I want to use screws or countershrunk rivets.

The screws are holding up really well. I'd make it with less screws the next time around.

I made one for my Stillen front out of... I don't know what it's actually called, but some plastic, it's REALLY strong, but slippery at the same time

Band saw. I made it 3 piece so I can replace the parts that wear first
