stero/power window problems, help please

i just installed a a dvd/stereo system in my z, and i have installed many before in other cars jusnt never in a z, and now the power windows arent working right. the one touch up doesn't work on either window now and when any door is open to include the rear then my driver window will not go up i completely start my car. and when i open and close my doors the window drops down a little like it is supposed to but it doesn't go back up when you close it and if you keep opening and closing the doors the window just keeps going down and never back up.:confused:

also i bought an antenna adapter and i couldn't find where it plug into the car the adapter i bought is for nissan and it has a round plug like every other car i have worked on but i cant find the same plug on this car and didn't unplug anything round from the factory radio. but there was one plug that i unpluged from the facorty radio that had no where to go on my new one?????:confused:

i have never had this many issues before with any other car that ive installed a stereo in and i have done some complex ones before if anyone could help i would be very appreciative

Reset the auto window function. You'll need to do this any time you pull the battery cable.

* Push both driver's side window switches all the way down and hold for five seconds after the windows are down.
* Pull both driver's side switches all the way up and hold for five seconds after the windows are up.
* You're done.

I have no idea about the antenna. :(
