The fog light isn't an option here in the States. You have to buy it and do it yourself.

Check the DIY section for several good step-by-step tutorial with photos on how to instal your fog light, wiring and switch.

I don't think that there is a "foglight option". IIRC, the foglight is standard equipment just about everywhere except USA cars (and is not an option in the USA, at least not for the 2009 model year).
