Thats sucks that they closed it.
Hopefully they see that their credibility is being questioned and they will still follow though with UPS and work on resolving. Like Mike and other members said, as a vendor you have to be smart. Realize who you are dealing with (whether its a poster with 5K or 3 posts) your reputation carries you a long way and often brings loyal customers. |

Don't know if it was covered or not but go to the BBB website and press file a complaint. It's pretty straightforward and they can get the job done for you. It at least puts more pressure on them. You HAVE to get your money back or credit or something. Good luck!

Did you pay by cc? Even when I use paypal I use my cc for another line of defense. Its amazing what they can do for you. Try giving them a call if you did.
