Anyone Painted their Dash/Instrument
 
I am interested in painting the silver color surround around the speedo and temp/fuel gauge black, along with the center gauges' rings and the ring around the shifter. In my brain they should all be black.

I'll throw this out there, just in case you don't know about them already. Simota has access to the fuel gauge overlays, a vinyl piece that fits over the silver. I wouldn't try painting that as I expect the "see thru" parts of the piece are flush. You'd have to do one hell of a masking job.
